Rules Suck! So……..let’s keep it simple!  Everyone who attends Canoegrass needs to have a positive attitude and be willing to behave and party responsibility. No jack asses will be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to remove jack asses. Call our jack ass hotline at 937-417-2228 if you have an issue or contact Masters Outdoor Retreat or Tomfoolery Outdoors staff person at our main gate.
  • Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. We sell weekend tickets ONLY! This year we have added a Saturday only option. You must have a weekend pass to purchase Thursday early access
  • Leave other guests stuff alone! Stealing is not tolerated.
  • We are a BYOB festival. Please drink responsibly and recycle your cans. Bottles are not acceptable
  • Camping areas are field style and first come first served basis. Please do not sprawl or try to save spots for others. We are a tent or hammock only event.
  • We are hoping to limit the movement of vehicles throughout the weekend. You are welcome to leave the festival during open hours. However, we encourage you to minimize driving in parking areas for the safety of all guests.
  • Entrance gates are closed Thursday 8 pm to Friday 11 am, Friday 11 pm – Saturday 9:30 am, Saturday 10 pm – Sunday 9:30 am
  • Tent or hammock camping only. Pop-up campers, small RV’s, retro campers may be approved at the discretion of event coordinator for a limited amount of special circumstances. Additional fees may apply.
  • Community campfires are provided in the main festival site. Please do not start a fire on the ground. You may bring a self-contained fire pit.
  • Vehicles are not permitted in any camping area at any point during the festival
  • THIS YEAR: $25 per person Thursday night early admission for weekend ticket holders. Pay at gate only! Fee provides early access to choose campsite, happy hour and welcome concert. 
  • You may bring your own food and beverage – cans only. Glass bottles WILL be confiscated.
  • No generators.
  • No firearms or weapons of any kind
  • Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash at all times.  We reserve the right to remove unruly or unattended dogs. Please pick up after dog when it craps on property.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Please keep your camp tidy! Trash and recycling bags are provided for each guest.
  • Lake zipline and blob are open during scheduled hours. Additional fees apply.
  • Be respectful of others around you at camp; loud sex, music or talking may not be appreciated by all.
  • Excessive swearing will not be tolerated. Shouting F bombs on the lake, at camp or in festival areas is not accepted. This event should and will be fun for the whole family. We have a NO TOLERANCE POLICY that conflicts with the positive atmosphere at our event!
  • Food and beverage is available for sale only during set hours.  Plan accordingly!
  • Guests are encouraged to wear a lifejacket when in deep areas of the lake.
  • Guests must be 21 to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly
  • Guests may bring personal kayaks, canoes and other inflatable contraptions to enjoy time on the lake
