Rules Suck! So……..let’s keep it simple!  Everyone who attends Canoegrass needs to have a positive attitude and be willing to behave and party responsibility. No jack asses will be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to remove jack asses. Call our jack ass hotline at 937-417-2228 if you have an issue or contact an Adventures on the Great Miami or Tomfoolery Outdoors staff person at our main gate.
  • Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. We sell weekend tickets ONLY!
  • Leave other guests stuff alone! Stealing is not tolerated.
  • Alcohol is NOT permitted while on the Great Miami River. Visible containers are not tolerated and put the entire event at risk.
  • We are hoping to limit the movement of vehicles throughout the weekend. You are welcome to leave the festival during open hours. However, we encourage you to minimize driving in parking areas for the safety of all guests.
  • Entrance gates are closed Thursday 8 pm to Friday 10 am, Friday 11 pm – Saturday 10 am, Saturday 11 pm – Sunday 10 am
  • Tent or hammock camping only. Pop-up campers, small RV’s, retro campers may be approved at the discretion of event coordinator for a limited amount of special circumstances. Additional fees may apply.
  • Community campfires are provided in the main festival site. Individual fire pits are provided in the woods camping area. Please do not start a fire on the ground. You must have a fire pit
  • Vehicles are not permitted in any camping area at any point during the festival *See Thursday night exception.
  • THIS YEAR: $25 per person Thursday night early admission for weekend ticket holders. Pay at gate only! One time only opportunity for vehicle access to festival and woods camping area. Vehicles must re-park in upper level parking areas of property immediately after unloading. 
  • You may bring your own food and beverage – cans only. Glass bottles WILL be confiscated.
  • No firearms or weapons of any kind
  • Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash at all times.  We reserve the right to remove unruly or unattended dogs. Please pick up after dog when it craps on property.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Please keep your camp tidy! Trash and recycling bags are provided for each guest.
  • Slip and Slide, rope swing and river access closed at dark
  • Be respectful of others around you at camp; loud sex, music or talking may not be appreciated by all.
  • Excessive swearing will not be tolerated. Shouting F bombs on the river, at camp or in festival areas is not accepted. This event should and will be fun for the whole family. We have a NO TOLERANCE POLICY that conflicts with the positive atmosphere at our event!
  • Food and beverage is available for sale only during set hours.  Plan accordingly!
  • While on river, visitors must have a lifejacket for each person in the boat.
  • Guests must be 21 to consume alcohol. Alcohol is not permitted on the Great Miami River.
  • Personal canoes or kayaks must be registered with the state
